What is experiential marketing?
Experiential marketing is a marketing strategy that engages clients to interact with a brand in person, online, or through other media or means. This interaction is used to encourage consumers to participate in a brand's identity in a personalized way, creating a memorable experience for the consumer and leading to long-term brand loyalty. Our activations, events, and promotions revolve around consumer psychology in order to create immersive consumer experiences that drive a better understanding of and greater loyalty to a brand.

Experiential marketing includes but isn't limited to one-of-a-kind experiences, live or online promotions, in-person or online events, trade shows, mobile marketing, product sampling, immersive online experiences, and pop-ups.

How much does experiential marketing cost?
Our brand activations, promotions, and events are customized specifically for the needs of each client. Depending on the needs and budget of the brand we are working with we can design campaigns for a few thousand dollars – into the millions of dollars. It can vary greatly depending on the size and scope of the campaign. We’ll work with you to find solutions that work with your budget while finding real solutions to brand growth.

What is the process to create an experiential campaign?
We collaborate with clients to fully understand their goals and their consumers during our audit process so that we can create the most effective marketing strategy for your specific brand goals. We match the client's objectives with expertise in consumer psychology to create a strategy specifically tailored to each brand's needs.

Do you provide staffing for the events/activations?
Yes, we have a team of field managers available to activate anywhere in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. We can also staff and manage events in most Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets provided enough lead time for an activation or event. Each campaign will have one or more field managers assigned to oversee all the event activation activity, from staffing to logistics. We can completely handle all staffing based on the campaign needs or we can work in conjunction with a client's staff. We provide extensive training to all our staff members to ensure a fully turnkey campaign for you. Clients who want to be involved in the talent selection can request to view photos and biographies of applicants being considered for hire to their campaign.

Do you have creative capabilities?
Yes, we can help. We offer full-service branding and marketing services including digital marketing, social media marketing, product placement, and much more to ensure the visual direction of your marketing campaign aligns with your brand and that all campaign assets come together to create one cohesive experience.

Are you able to create premiums?
Yes. If you’re looking for giveaway items, flyers, or other media and swag to support your campaign, we will be happy to help with design, sourcing, and production.

Where can you run experiential campaigns?
Our home base is in the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area of Florida but we are able to run activations, promotions, and events in all tier-one markets and most other markets
